Ferrell Eugene “Gene” Foster, Sr.

Born – October 26, 1926, in Crisp, Texas (near Ennis and Palmer)

Died – November 8, 2019, in Athens, Texas (The death certificate says Nov. 9 because Gene died shortly before midnight but was not pronounced dead officially until after midnight.)

Father – William Everett Foster

Born – April 26, 1902, in Mabank, Kaufman County, Texas

Died – May 20, 1982, Athens, Henderson County, Texas

Mother – Fairy Gertrude Morton Foster

Born – March 29, 1902, in Cottonwood, Henderson County, Texas

Died – September 26,1995, in Athens, Henderson County, Texas

Brother – Lloyd Foster

Born – February 23, 1922, in Palmer, Ellis County, Texas

Died – March 24, 1922, in Ellis County, Texas

Brother – Charles Everett Foster

Born – May 22, 1923, in Texas (probably Ellis County)

Died – January 24, 1987, in Athens, Henderson County, Texas

Brother – Billy John Foster

Born – August 24, 1932, in Cottonwood, Henderson County, Texas

Died – November 21, 1965, in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas

  1. Thanks for posting this. I love seeing the picture of Aunt Gert and Uncle Everett. I am surprised that I have no memory of Billy.
